well, I have been blessed with a VERY mild winter. The "service" rep I talked to wasn't very encourging about getting anything done about the money or "mental anguish" I have spent for their mess up. And now my Toby has the itchies from his "stiff" clothes!!! I think it is comical...sort of. I plan on writing a strongly worded email....but I think it is not worth the trouble.

Yeah there's no way they're fixing it for free. If they work for the company, they're still being paid; and if they're contractors - they're still being paid. I agree with wildorbit3200 - GET PISSED OFF GIRL!

You paid (a lot of money) for that dryer, and expect it to do it's job. As you rightly point out, you're a family of six. Are they going to pay for the laundromat costs in the meantime? It's only because of their FAULTY equipment and INCOMPETANT repairmen that you are paying this extra money. Ring them up and tell them to get their damn butts down to your joint and fix that damn dryer, or you will be sending them a bill for all your laundromat costs that have occured because of their shite service. It's been 6 WEEKS since you first rang them and still nothing has been fixed. Let them have it Aseret!!

That totally sucks. I also have alot of people here...I don't know how you are doing it. I would have lost my cool a long time ago.
